Fees

Duration of Sessions – the duration of each therapy session is 50 minutes.  It is your responsibility to be on time, as delays cannot be made up at the end of the session.  

Payment of Fee -  Payment can be made by cash or card prior to session.

Cancellation of Appointment – A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required in order to cancel a session.  If this is not adhered to the fee may still be charged.  Occasionally it might be possible to re-schedule a session during the same week, however, this will be subject to the availability of alternative appointments.
